Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 discs Toast
  • 2 (80 g each) medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (250 g) red pepper
  • 600 g fresh coleslaw
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 wooden skewers

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Soak the bread in lukewarm water for 5 minutes. In the meantime, wash and quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds. Dice the flesh. Peel and wash the parsley leaves and chop them finely, except for a little garnish.

    Squeeze the bread well. Knead minced meat with onion, bread, egg, tomato cubes and parsley well. Season with salt and pepper. Form 20 small sausages and put 5 on each skewer. Quarter the peppers, clean and wash them.

    Dice the peppers and fold them into the coleslaw. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the skewers for 5 minutes on each side. Arrange the coleslaw with the cevapcici and serve sprinkled with parsley.
