Sort the lamb's lettuce, wash and shake dry. Wash, clean and chop the cucumber and tomatoes. Peel 1 onion and cut into strips.
For the mince 1 onion and garlic peel and chop finely. Wash, clean and chop the chilli. Knead minced meat, onion, garlic, chili, paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, aiwar and breadcrumbs to a smooth dough. Spread the dough onto 12 skewers. Fry them portion by portion in a hot grill pan for about 8 minutes all around.
Season cucumber, tomatoes and onion with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Fold in lamb's lettuce. Serve with flat bread spread with aiwar and sour cream with herbs.
