Ingredients

  • 2.5 kg Carrots
  • 2.5 kg Apples
  • 1 kg Sugar
  • 1 package Preserving help

Directions

    Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces. Wash the apples and cut them into pieces as well. Put the carrots, apples and sugar in a steam juicer and juice them for one hour. After 45 minutes, pour a bottle of juice and pour it over the carrots and apples again.

    Stir the preserving aid into the hot juice and immediately fill the juice into bottles and seal them. Results in 2 1/2 to three litres of juice.
