Separate the egg. Mix pudding powder with sugar. Stir with 100 ml milk and egg yolk until smooth. Bring 400 ml milk to the boil, remove from heat and stir in the pudding powder. Simmer for at least 1 minute while stirring. Beat the egg whites with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff and fold into the pudding. Fill the pudding into 4 cups, let it cool down and put it in a cool place for about 45 minutes
Chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Let the chocolate cool down for about 5 minutes. Chop the coffee beans. Spread chocolate on a plate or board with baking paper and sprinkle with coffee chips. Leave the chocolate to cool in a cool place and then break into pieces. Decorate caramel pudding with it
