- 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
- 20 g Sugar
- 3 TABLESPOONS Calvados
- 1 TABLESPOON Sugar syrup
- 1/4 l Pear juice
- 1 slice of lime
Directions

For the sugar rim moisten glass with lemon juice. Put the sugar on a plate and dip the rim of the glass. Mix calvados, sugar syrup and pear juice and pour into a cocktail glass.

Serve decorated with a slice of lime.
