Caesar's salad with turkey strips in a parmesan basket

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) Turkey filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 125 g Schmand
  • 100 g Yoghurt salad cream
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Rocket salad
  • 100 g black olives
  • baking paper

Directions

    For the Parmesan baskets, grate the cheese finely and prepare as described on the right.

    For the turkey strips, wash the meat and pat dry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it for 10-12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take out and let cool down.

    For the salad dressing, peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with sour cream, salad cream, milk and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    For the salad, wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean, wash and cut the lettuce into strips. Mix both with olives. Cut the meat into slices and place in the parmesan baskets with the lettuce.

    Drizzle with salad dressing and serve immediately.
