Peel and chop the onion. Dice the bacon. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Heat oil in a pot, fry bacon and onions, add bell pepper and zucchini and stir in tomato paste.
Deglaze everything with broth and bring to the boil. Add pasta and simmer for about 7 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. In the meantime wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Serve the soup sprinkled with parsley
