Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (400 g = 20 pieces) Mini dumplings ready in 7 minutes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 250 g detached pork chop
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • some stem(s) Parsley and marjoram
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Bring 1 1/2 litres of water to the boil. Add the dumplings and simmer for about 7 minutes at medium heat. Take out. Clean and wash broccoli and divide into florets. Peel, wash and chop the carrots.

    Cut smoked pork loin into small pieces. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Brown the dumplings in it and take them out. Add the smoked pork loin to the cooking fat and fry. Add carrots and broccoli, deglaze with broth, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Wash the herbs and chop finely. Add dumplings and cream, bring to the boil. Stir in sauce thickener, bring to the boil again. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
