Ingredients

Servings: 20
  • 125 g Flour
  • 30 g Icing sugar
  • 50 g Brittle
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Egg yolk (Gr. M)
  • 75 g cold butter
  • 60 g Raspberry Jelly
  • baking paper
  • 1 disposable piping bag or 1 small freezer bag

Directions

    Mix flour, icing sugar, brittle and 1 pinch of salt. Add the egg yolks and butter in pieces. Knead everything first with the hand mixer, then briefly with your hands until smooth. Shape into a roll (approx. 20 cm long) and place in the freezer for approx. 10 minutes.

    Line baking tray with baking paper. Cut the dough into approx. 20 slices, form into balls and place on the baking tray. Press a depression in the middle of each ball with a finger. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) on the middle shelf for about 10 minutes.

    Let it cool down.

    Warm the jelly slightly, fill into the piping bag, cut off a small corner at the bottom. Fill the jelly into the wells.
