  • 500-750 g Potatoes
  • 4-6 Grilled sausages
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thuringian style
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sour cream or sour cream

    Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Cut the sausage into diagonal slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a very large frying pan. Fry the sausage for about 3 minutes while turning it. Take out

    In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and leek. Cut the bell peppers into pieces, leek into rings. Clean the mushrooms and wash if necessary. Depending on the size, halve or quarter the mushrooms.
