Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1 white cabbage (approx. 1,2 kg)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1 kg leek (leek)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 3-4 red peppers (500 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 100 g smoked streaky bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1-2 tsp vegetable broth

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the cabbage, leek and peppers. Cut cabbage and bell peppers into strips, leek into rings. Dice bacon.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the bacon until crispy. Add all the vegetables and fry well. Season with salt and pepper. 3⁄8 l Pour on water, add broth and bring to the boil. Cover and stew for about 30 minutes.

    Season to taste again.
