Clean, wash and drain the cabbage, leek and peppers. Cut cabbage and bell peppers into strips, leek into rings. Dice bacon.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the bacon until crispy. Add all the vegetables and fry well. Season with salt and pepper. 3⁄8 l Pour on water, add broth and bring to the boil. Cover and stew for about 30 minutes.
