Peel the onion. Wash the meat. Boil both with spice ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt in 1 l water
Peel or clean and wash the vegetables. Add 1 carrot, half celery and half leek to the meat. Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain. Slice or cut the rest of the vegetables into fine strips.
Remove the meat and let it cool down a little. Remove from skin and bone and cut into slices. Sieve broth, bring to the boil and season to taste. Cook the vegetable strips for about 3 minutes. Warm up meat and noodles in the stock
