Blitznudeln from the tray with vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS oil + 1 teaspoon for sheet metal
  • 250 g mixed mince
  • 200 g Pasta (e.g. Fusilli)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Courgette
  • 1 red pepper
  • 150 g grated gouda
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Preheat oven: electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: stage 4. Bring approx. 2 l water and 1 teaspoon salt to the boil. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat for about 5 minutes until crumbly

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash and chop the zucchini and peppers. Add everything to the mince and fry briefly

    Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and mix with half of the cheese. Spread on a small greased tray (approx. 24 x 36 cm) or in an ovenproof dish

    Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it. Bake in a hot oven for 12-15 minutes. Garnish with basil. Serve with spicy Asian sauce or fiery salsa
