Rinse the millet briefly under running water. Bring to the boil in 1-4 l water and allow to swell over a low heat for approx. 30 minutes. Drain the millet and let it cool down
Select 2 berries and wash if necessary. Wash the mint, pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop. Mix yoghurt, lemon juice, millet and mint. Season to taste with sweetener. Serve with berries
