Berry jam with almonds

Ingredients

  • 400 g Raspberries
  • 250 g Currants
  • 200 g Blueberries
  • 150 g Blackberries
  • 500 Gelling sugar extra (2:1)
  • 1 package Citric acid
  • 60 g Almond slivers
  • 60 ml Orange liqueur

Directions

    If necessary, carefully wash, drain and sort the berries. Strip the currants from the panicles. Mix berries with jam sugar, citric acid and almonds in a large saucepan.

    Bring everything to the boil while stirring constantly at high heat. Leave to boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Test the gelling. Stir in orange liqueur. Immediately fill jam to the brim into clean, dry glasses, close them.
