Ingredients

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 cube (42 g) fresh yeast
  • 500 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 75 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 4 Bananas (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Warm milk lukewarm, crumble yeast into it and dissolve it while stirring. Put flour, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt into a large mixing bowl and mix. Add yeast milk and knead in (dough is very liquid). Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes

    In the meantime, roughly chop the chocolate. Heat the cream and melt the chocolate in it. Let it cool down

    Melt the butter and let it cool down a little. Separate eggs. Whisk egg yolks. Beat the egg whites with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Let egg yolk and butter run into the yeast dough and fold in with a perforated spoon. Fold in the egg white in portions

    Preheat a rectangular waffle iron, spread a thin layer of oil on it. Bake about 16 golden brown waffles one after the other from 2 tbsp. yeast dough at medium heat

    Peel and slice the bananas. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Dust the waffles with icing sugar, arrange with bananas and chocolate sauce
