Peel and chop onions, garlic and ginger. Dice the meat and fry in hot oil. Take out
Sauté onions, ginger, garlic and curry in the frying fat. Braise the meat and Sambal Oelek. Bring to the boil with stock, coconut milk, sugar and lime juice. Cover and braise for 1 1/2 hours. Season with salt and Sambal Oelek. Serve with crab bread (Kroepoek)
