Beans with shrimps

Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 500 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 2 Onions, 8 garlic cloves
  • 300 g small shrimps, 3-4 tablespoons oil (without shell)
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sambal Oelek
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 TEASPOON dried lemongrass
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 l Coconut milk (see box)

    Clean, wash and halve the beans. Cook in salt water for about 5 minutes. Quenching

    Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Rinse the prawns, dab dry. Fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Take out

    Fry the onions and garlic in the frying fat until transparent. Steam with Sambal Oelek and lemon juice for 1 minute. Add beans, lemon grass and bay leaf. Fry for 2-3 minutes while turning. Deglaze with coconut milk. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Heat prawns in it, season to taste
