  • 150 g cleaned green beans
  • 50 g peeled carrot
  • 200 g peeled potatoes
  • 1-2 stem(s) fresh or slightly drunk savory
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 1 (40 g) low-fat sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh parsley
