Bean mince casserole with cheese topping

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 750 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 75-100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried thyme

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Clean the beans, wash and possibly halve them. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil. Fry the minced onion and garlic for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Steam onion and garlic briefly. Seasoning

    Drain the beans. Quench potatoes, peel and cut into thick slices. Wash and coarsely chop the tomatoes

    Pour the minced meat into a large greased casserole dish. Mix potatoes, beans and tomatoes and spread on top. Crumble cheese and mix with cream. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. Spread the cheese mixture over the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes
