Ingredients

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 750 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1/2 (100g) Cup of whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried thyme

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the beans into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Add minced meat, onions and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the beans on a sieve. Drain the potatoes, rinse and peel.

    Cut the potatoes into thick slices. Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Pour the minced meat into a large greased casserole dish. Mix the potatoes, beans and tomatoes and add to the minced meat.

    Coarsely grate the feta cheese and mix it with the cream. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. Spread the cheese mixture over the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes.
