Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp ¼ Cup of Worcester sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ cup onion(s), finely chopped
  • 7-10 Tbsp ¼ Cup of sugar, brown
  • 1 cup(s) Tomato ketchup
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 2 TEASPOONS Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 TEASPOONS Chilli powder
  • 2 Lemon(s), only the juice
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel fumé, selon le goût
  • 7-10 Tbsp oil, sunflower oil
  • 3 clove(s) of garlic, crushed

Directions

    Put the Worcester sauce with the chopped onions in a pot and simmer gently with the brown sugar.

    Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring continuously. If necessary, add oil if it thickens too much.

    The sauce will keep well sealed in the refrigerator for several weeks. Tastes great with grilled meat, sausages etc. Can also be used on bread, e.g. on cold cuts.
