Batavia salad with Sundried Tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small Batavia salad
  • 1/2 Picking salad
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 60 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 White bread slices
  • 1 (250 ml) bottle of Miracel Whip salad dressing à la yoghurt herbs

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and slice spring onions diagonally. Peppers clean, wash and cut into strips. Drain the tomatoes and collect the oil. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

    Mix all prepared ingredients together. Cut white bread into cubes, place on a grill tray and drizzle with the tomato oil. Grill until crispy while turning. Put salad dressing on the salad, sprinkle bread cubes on top and serve
