Basil bacon potatoes

  • 24 small potatoes (750 g)
  • 12 thin slices of breakfast bacon
  • 1 potty Basil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 125 g Raclette cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in water for 15 minutes. Quench and peel

    Cut the bacon in half lengthwise. Rinse basil, pluck. Wrap each potato with 2 leaves of basil and bacon. Fix with skewers. Fry in hot oil all around for about 5 minutes

    Put 2 potatoes in a raclette pan and gratinate with cheese
