Basic recipe for meatballs

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Soak the rolls in plenty of water. Peel and finely dice the onion. Squeeze the bread well. Knead minced meat, roll, onion and egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Form 8 meatballs from the mixture with moistened hands. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs in it at medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side until brown.
