Ingredients

  • 150 g Butter
  • 300 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)

Directions

    Dice butter. Put flour, sugar, salt, vanillin sugar, egg yolk and butter in a bowl. Work into crumbles with your hands

    If you halve the dough please take 1 egg yolk anyway
