Onions peel, halve or quarter. Cut the bacon into narrow pieces. Drain the corn. Wash pork fillet and cut into large cubes. Clean and wash the bell peppers, also cut into pieces.
Put prepared ingredients alternately on skewers. Spread the frozen potato slices on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ gas: level 4) for 18-22 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the prepared skewers in hot oil over medium heat for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with barbecue sauce. Serve dusted with curry and garnished with parsley.
