Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Wash 6 vine tomatoes, cut in half and place on a baking tray with the cut surfaces facing upwards. Season with salt and pepper. Coarsely grate 50 g Ibores cheese (Spanish goat cheese; alternatively Manchego). Wash 2 sprigs of rosemary, dab dry, remove needles and chop.
Peel and chop 1 garlic clove. Mix cheese, rosemary, garlic and 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs and spread on the tomatoes. Drizzle with 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
