Clean cabbage, wash it. Cut or slice into strips, knead well
Clean and wash the peppers. Cut 1 pod into rings and place them on a plate. Cut the remaining peppers into pieces
Peel the onion. Wash the parsley. Chop both. Mix cabbage, paprika pieces, onion and parsley well
Mix vinegar with oil, caraway, salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Heat everything up and pour over the salad. Let it stand for a short time and season to taste
Turn the cheese in flour, then in whisked egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes, drain (or fry in a pan with 3-4 tbsp. oil). Arrange everything on the plate
