Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 150 g ready-to-cook shrimps
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Worchester sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter or margarine
  • 1 TEASPOON Flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the peppers and cut 2 rings (each approx. 2 cm wide) from the middle. Clean and chop the remaining peppers. Peel and finely dice onion and garlic. Clean and wash the chilli pepper and cut it into fine rings.

  2. 2

Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the prawns for approx. 3 minutes, turning them over and taking them out. Add the diced peppers, onion, garlic and chilli pepper to the pan and fry over medium heat while turning.

  3. 3

Season with salt, pepper and Worchester sauce. Add to the prawns. Melt the fat in a pot and sauté the flour in it. Add tomato paste and deglaze with the milk while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

Place the rings in a small casserole dish. Fill with the pepper chili shrimps. Pour sauce over them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 8 minutes.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with parsley and garnish.
