Wash the fish, dab dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wash and slice the lemons. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Cut parchment paper a little bigger than the trout. Put lemon slices, zucchini and fish on the paper. Cut herb butter into pieces and spread on the fish.
Close the paper. Put them on the fat pan of the oven. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 30 minutes. Arrange trout with herbs on a plate. Serve with a mixed salad
