Onions peel and chop finely. Clean, wash and cut the chili into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pot. Fry onions and garlic briefly. Add chilli and oregano. Stir in tomato paste, sweat briefly, season with salt, pepper and paprika, add tomatoes
Bring to the boil and simmer at low heat for 12-15 minutes. Season again with salt, pepper and sugar. Place in an ovenproof dish, coarsely crumble feta over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with oregano. Delicious with baguette
