Baked camembert with fruity pear salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (250 g) deep-frozen, breaded and pre-fried camembert
  • 1 (150 g) frozen baguette with garlic butter
  • 500 g Pears (approx. 3 pieces)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1/2 glass (185 g) Cranberries in juice
  • 50 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Place the camembert and the frozen baguette in the frying bag on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/ gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the pears, cut them into quarters lengthwise and cut out the core. Cut pear quarters into thin slices. Mix lemon juice, sugar and oil and pour over the pears. Drain the cranberries on a sieve. Coarsely chop the nuts.

    Clean and wash the salad and drain well. Remove the camembert and baguette from the oven. Let the camembert rest for a short time (3-5 minutes). Arrange salad and pears on plates. Sprinkle with cranberries and nuts. Cut the baguette into slices and arrange on the plates with the camembert. Serve garnished with lemon balm
