Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash and clean the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds. Grate cucumber roughly. Mix yoghurt, cucumber and garlic, season with salt and pepper
Onions peel and roughly chop. Peppers clean, wash and roughly dice. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chops for about 4 minutes while turning. Remove from the pan and cook in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 100 °C/ convection oven: 75 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 20 minutes.
Fry the onion and bell pepper in the frying fat for about 4 minutes. Add the beans and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Arrange the finished chops, tzatziki and beans
