The creamy stuff has to go into the crunchy stuff! Instead of serving the baguette only with the cheese fondue, we melt the cheese directly in the hollowed bread. And when everything has been dipped away, we simply eat the baguette boats. Less rinsing, more enjoyment!

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • baking paper
  • 1 Baguette bread
  • 250 g Raclette cheese
  • 125 g Camembert
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut 1 baguette bread crosswise into 4 pieces. Cut and hollow out each piece with a sharp knife from above and pluck the inside roughly into pieces. Spread the baguettes and pieces on the baking tray. Grate 250 g raclette cheese and dice 125 g camembert.

  2. 2

Spread the cheese into the hollowed baguettes. Roast in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle fondue with some chopped parsley. Serve with bread pieces for dipping.
