Bacon mince roll with salsicce and boiled eggs

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 7 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g Salsicce (Italian fennel sausage)
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Bacon
  • 250 g Raclette cheese in slices
  • 250 g Danish cucumber salad (glass)
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Boil 6 eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the sausages lengthwise and remove the sausage meat from the intestines. Knead minced meat, sausage meat, mustard, 1 egg, breadcrumbs and 4 tablespoons of water. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse eggs cold and peel

    Braid the bacon strips on a piece of baking paper to form a rectangle (35 x 45 cm). Spread the chopping mass on it and press it flat. Spread cheese and gherkins one after the other. Place the eggs in the lower quarter on the long side in a row. Beat the minced bacon mixture over the eggs and form into a roll

    Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 1 1/2 hours. Take the finished roll out of the oven, cover with aluminium foil and leave to rest for approx. 10 minutes. Cut into slices and serve. Serve with salad
