1 Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th 6/7). Soften the bread in a bowl with the milk. Peel and cut into pieces the onions, garlic and shallot. Thin out the herbs
2 In a food processor, blend the bread, onions, garlic and shallot in a bowl. Add the eggs and chopped herbs. Then, mix it all with the ground meats. Season with salt and pepper.
3 oil a cake tin, pour the preparation into it, pressing down. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. Serve the meatloaf hot, warm or cold, with a tomato sauce for example.
