Wash, clean and drain the rocket. Tomatoes wash, halve. Cut feta cheese into 12 cubes. Halve bacon slices lengthwise. Wrap each cheese cube with 1/2 slice of bacon

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Roast the sheep's cheese cubes briefly over a high heat, turning them over on the bacon sides
Arrange salad with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and dressing on plates and sprinkle with parmesan
