Bacon and sheep's cheese rolls on rocket

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Rocket
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 6 discs Bacon
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil

Directions

    Wash, clean and drain the rocket. Tomatoes wash, halve. Cut feta cheese into 12 cubes. Halve bacon slices lengthwise. Wrap each cheese cube with 1/2 slice of bacon

    Finely grate the parmesan. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix balsamic vinegar and milk with a whisk. Set aside approx. 20 g of grated Parmesan for garnishing. Stir the rest of the parmesan and garlic into the vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Roast the sheep's cheese cubes briefly over a high heat, turning them over on the bacon sides

    Arrange salad with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and dressing on plates and sprinkle with parmesan
