  • 60 g Flour
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 small apple
  • 6 discs Bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh marjoram

Directions

    Mix flour, milk and egg. Wash the apple thoroughly, rub dry, quarter, core and cut into slices. Skip the bacon in a pan without fat. Add the apple slices, pour the pancake batter over them and bake on both sides until golden brown.

    Possibly sprinkle with marjoram leaves.
