Boil up about 1 l salted water. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Cook with the pasta in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes
Peel and chop the onion. Peel and wash the carrot, halve it lengthwise and chop it into small pieces. Cut meat into thin strips. Drain pasta and broccoli well
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Brown the meat in it and take it out. Sauté the carrot and onion in the frying fat. Stir in 1/8 l water and spice paste. Simmer everything for about 3 minutes
Mix in the meat, broccoli and pasta and bring everything to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with coriander
