Asia-Shredded with apricots

Ingredients

  • 50 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small stick of leek
  • 50 g fresh mongoose or soybean seedlings
  • 2 Apricot halves (from the can)
  • 100 g Fillet of beef
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 knife tip Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Soak the rice in just under 1/8 l boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes

    Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut paprika into strips, leek into rings. Sort the sprouts, wash and drain. Cut apricots into slices

    Wash the meat if necessary, dab dry and cut into thin strips. Fry meat in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Season, remove

    Fry the peppers, leek and apricots in the frying fat for approx. 5 minutes while turning. Steam the sprouts briefly. Deglaze with soy sauce and 3-4 tbsp. water, bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with salt and Sambal Oelek. Heat the meat in it again. Add rice
