Cook rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Cut sausage into slices. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely.
Drain the rice well. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the sausage for about 5 minutes while turning. Add spring onions and garlic and fry. Whisk the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the rice and put it into the pan, stir-fry briefly. Add the eggs. Stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes. Season to taste with salt and asia sauce.
