Ingredients

  • 2 packs (à 250 g) deep-frozen fillet of pangasinos
  • 10 Stem(s) Chervil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 packages (400 g each) deep-frozen Asia wok mix
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 250 g Flatbread

Directions

    Defrost the fish. Wash the chervil, dab dry, remove coarse stalks and chop coarsely. Dab fish dry, cut into pieces and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the fish for about 3 minutes on each side.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in another pan. Add the vegetables and 3-4 tablespoons of water and fry for 7-9 minutes, stirring several times. Fold in fish and chervil. Season with chili sauce. Arrange everything on preheated plates and add flat bread
