Ingredients

  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 100 g Pork escalope
  • 80 g cleaned leek
  • 100 g peeled carrot
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Tomato paste
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Asiafond o. broth
  • 25 g Mung bean seedlings
  • 1 TABLESPOON Soy sauce

Directions

    Boil the rice in about 1/8 l boiling salted water, cover and let it swell for about 20 minutes. Wash meat and vegetables, cut into strips. Fry meat in hot oil in a coated pan. Season, take out.

    Fry the vegetables in the frying fat for about 2 minutes. Sweat tomato paste with. Add stock, simmer for about 3 minutes. Rinse sprouts, fold in with meat and heat up. Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper. Serve everything.
