Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Organic limes
  • 250 g Basmati rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt, sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 600 g minced beef
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sambal Oelek
  • 5-7 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 potty Coriander

Directions

    Wash the sprouts and let them drip off. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Wash 1 lime hot, dry and grate the skin. Squeeze both limes. Prepare rice in 1⁄2 l boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the minced meat in it until finely crumbly. Fry onions, garlic and sprouts briefly. Season with Sambal Oelek, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar, bring to the boil briefly. Wash the coriander and remove the leaves.

    Fold in coriander and lime zest. Season again and serve with rice.
