Apricot-raspberry quark with chocolate chips

Ingredients

  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 500 g ripe apricots
  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g Dark chocolate coating

Directions

    Select the raspberries and wash them if necessary. Wash, halve and stone the apricots. Cut the apricots into slices and place them in a large bowl.

    Mix cream cheese, quark, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip cream until semi-stiff, fold in. Spread half the cream on the apricots. Sprinkle with raspberries and spread the rest of the cream on top. At least.

    Chill for 30 minutes.

    Chop the chocolate coating and melt in a hot water bath. Spread thinly on a marble board or the back of a baking tray. Allow to dry. As soon as it begins to set, plane off in shavings. Decorate dessert with it.
