  • 1 kg Apricots
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 3 TABLESPOONS white rum or orange liqueur
  • 1 package (500 g) Extra jam sugar

Directions

    Scald apricots hot, rinse with cold water and peel the skin. Core the apricots and cut into large pieces. Peel the kiwis, cut them in half lengthwise and slice them. Mix fruit, rum and jam sugar in a pot. Bring the fruit mass to the boil while stirring and let it boil over a high heat for 1 minute while stirring. Remove jam from the stove, skim, stir, fill into prepared glasses and close
