Ingredients

  • 50 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon(s) - peel
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 pck. Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp 750 g apricot(s), halved
  • 1 Pts. vanilla sugar

Directions

    Grease the cake tin with butter, then sprinkle with flour so that the cake can be easily removed later.

    Cream butter (room temperature), add sugar and vanilla sugar, stir in sugar and eggs bit by bit, add grated lemon peel (washed). Sift the flour, then mix with the baking powder.

    Stir milk and flour under the mixture, pour mixture into the greased baking tin. Spread the apricots on the dough.

    Bake the cake at 160 degrees 35, dust with icing sugar according to taste.
