Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1/2 package unsweetened
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 1/4 l low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 100 g Low-fat curd, 1 egg (Gr. M)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil, 36 g diabetic sweetness
  • 120 g + some flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 8 Apricot halves of 20 g each (from the jar;
  • 7-10 Tbsp suitable for diabetics)
  • 25 g Apricot Jam
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) flaked almonds
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix pudding powder, 2 tablespoons of milk and sweetener. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in the pudding powder and bring to the boil again briefly. Let cool down a little bit

    Mix quark, egg, oil and diabetic sweetener. Mix 120 g flour and baking powder, knead. Roll out the dough on a little flour to a rectangle (approx. 20 x 40 cm). Cut 8 squares (approx. 10 x 10 cm) from it. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Whip the dough corners

    Stir the pudding until smooth. Place 2-3 tablespoons of pudding in the middle of each square. Place 1 apricot half on each. Spread the edges of the pudding with jam. Press the almonds

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool down
