Apple pancakes with cinnamon and sugar

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 90 ml Buttermilk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 35 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 (180 g) Apples
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 30 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Apple Slices

Directions

    Mix egg and fat in a mixing bowl until creamy. Add buttermilk and stir in. Mix flour, baking powder, 25 g sugar and salt and stir into the egg-buttermilk mixture. Wash the apple, rub dry and cut into 6 slices.

    Remove seeds with a knife. Brush the pan with oil and heat it up. Put apple slices into the pan. Add 1-2 tablespoons of dough to each slice and spread it with the spoon base on the apple slice until it is completely covered.

    Bake the pancakes on each side for about 2 minutes until golden brown, take them out and let them drain briefly. Mix 10 g sugar and cinnamon. Serve pancakes with sour cream and cinnamon sugar. Decorate with apple wedges.
